In theory the cows are producing 7.27ms/ha/day on grass only.

Got into a bit of a pinch for grass as had some bad weather the last week but now the grass is taking off again

Terrible weather lately. Cows dropped to 2.3m/s. We had to up feed to 6kg in shed. Will cut this back tomorrow. #ospdemofarm #agchatnz

Plenty of grass, have another 10% of farm out for silage.
Cows starting to cycle well now at 52% with 1 week to go .

Some bad weather has come through Southland in the last week. 6 cases of mastitis in last ten days.
Cows still above 2.4ms/cow
Just increased their feed up to 5 kg/day in the shed 3 starch 2 ddg
Hopfully hold 2.4ms/cow for another 30 days
